#6 Famly Story

A story about how one family member soiled there pant's, while looking for another drunken family member, at a family wedding.



WEEK #3 Fairy Tale: The Ugly Duckling


Carrot Boy



PAGE ONE

Panel 1: (picture) Old farmhouse with a female gardener watering a potted plant with two types of leaves growing out of it. Potato leaves and carrot leaves.)
             
Word Panel:  Once upon a time there lived a family, a gardener and her vegetable.

Panel 2: (Picture) little potato’s climbing out of the potted plant)

Word Panel: One morning six potato spuds popped out of soil.

Panel 3: (Picture) one vegetable still under the dirt, with carrot leaves.)

Word Bubble/GARDENER: “I don’t remember planting carrot seeds”.

PAGE TWO

Panel 1: (Picture) Tiny carrot guy busting threw the dirt.)

Panel 2: (Picture) all the potatoes playing and laughing together. While carrot boy is looking at some dirt he picked up in his hand, off to in the corner away from potatoes.)

Word Panel: Carrot boys skin was cracked and orange, unlike his potato siblings.

Panel 3: (Picture) Gardener watching)

Word Bubble/GARDENER: “Poor little Carrot Boy?”

Word Bubble 2/GARDENER: “ You are so different than your potato brothers and sisters”.
 

PAGE THREE

Panel 1: (Picture) Carrot boy sitting in his bed at night, crying.)

Word Bubble/CARROT BOY: “Why am I so different, from my brothers? Nobody likes me.”

Panel 2: (Picture) Carrot Boy running away from the plant pot, out the window towards the garden.)

PAGE FOUR

Panel 1: (Picture) Carrot Boy talking to a much bigger, eggplant. Eggplant should be shacking his head no.)

Word Bubble/CARROT BOY: “Have you seen a vegetable like me?”

Panel 2: (Picture) Carrot Boy talking to a tomato. Tomato should be shacking her head no.)

Word Bubble/CARROT BOY: “Have you seen a vegetable like me?”

Panel 3: (Picture) Carrot Boy talking to a group of peppers. Peppers all shacking there heads no.)

Word Bubble/CARROT BOY: “Have you seen a vegetable like me?”

PAGE FIVE

Panel 1: (Picture) Carrot Boy walking to a different part of the outside garden where fruit is growing.)

Word Panel: Carrot Boy wasn’t giving up.

Panel 2: (Picture) Carrot Boy talking to some oranges hanging from a tree.)

Word Bubble/CARROT BOY: “Have you seen a vegetable like me?”

Word Bubble/ALL ORGANGES: “No”.

Panel 3: (Picture) Zoom in on older orange, holding up a drawn picture of Carrot Boy being eaten by a rabbit.)

Word Bubble/OLD ORANGE: “Don’t stay here go! There are animals that will eat you here!”

Panel 4: (Picture) Carrot Boy running back to the house window, where you escape from.)

Panel 1: (Picture) Carrot Boy and other vegetables being gathered up into a wooden box)

Word Panel: Then one day the Gardener packed a few of them up

Panel 2: (Picture) Gardener talking to box of vegetables.)

 Word Bubble/GARDENER: “Off to the famers market we go!”

Panel 3: (Picture) other vegetables freaking out inside the box.)

Word Bubble/RANDOM VEGETABLE: “THEIR GUNNA EAT US!!”

Word Bubble/CARROT BOY: “I’m getting out of here.”

Panel 2: (Picture) Carrot boy walking around the gardens.)
